How to Use
- Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into Brow Freeze Applicator's brush and remove excess before applying.
- On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place.
- Lay brow hairs down flat for a laminated effect. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use.
