How to Use
- Toothpaste (15 mL): Apply a pea-sized amount to toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, morning and evening. For best whitening results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
- Mouthrinse (30 mL): Rinse with approximately one capful for 30-60 seconds. Do not swallow. Use after brushing or throughout the day for instant freshness.
- Toothbrush & Case: Use daily. Rinse toothbrush after use and store in the ventilated travel case to keep bristles clean and protected.
